I don't normally write reviews but I just had to for Floridian Lock & Key. I live in a house in a college town where people are constantly moving in and out so they can be close to school. My house manager realized that too many people had a key to the front door and we wanted to get a rekey for the front door and a passcode deadbolt as well. We looked online because we wanted to do it by ourselves and couldn't find anything at the price we wanted. We ended up calling Floridian Lock & Key, they sent a tech named Daniel. Daniel was the nicest guy. He gave us an estimate before any work was done which was cheaper for the parts and labor than anything we found online that was comparable. After he finished it looked good and worked like a charm. If we ever need anything done again, we will definitely use Floridian Lock & Key.

I needed locks changed on two doors. I phoned Floridian Lock & Key. They were offering a special discount today & the price was $40.00 less than their competitors. The technician arrived within 20 minutes of my call & performed the work perfectly and provided four new keys & lubed both locks. I have also purchased several items in their retail store, including several remote gate openers. The employee was very knowledgeable & helpful. I couldn't be happier

I just saw this walking into bed bath and beyond and have been wanting another car key for over a year now just in case but never got around to doing it nor did I want to pay $175+. I put my key fob right in this box and 4 days later had a working car key in my mail box for $37. Great value!!!

The first time we tried KeyMe the keys did not work. A second try was made using a retry code and those new keys worked. However we were charged for this try which was offered as "free".

I had no idea KeyMe (or anything like it) even existed until I saw the small sandwich board sign outside this Bed Bath & Beyond location. I even stood at Customer Service in the store for awhile before seeing the machine and realizing it was self-service. I was so used to going to a hardware store and handing it to someone to cut. The process was easy, quick, fun, and inexpensive. The only drawback was constantly being asked to pay more money for more keys (albeit at a discount) and other services. It was a bit annoying and spammy but once I clicked through all the offers and got to the end I had a brand new key that works perfectly. Now I know where to go to get extra keys! And I know where to send people when they ask. What a great idea!
